When you login with your admin account, you will be taken to the Admin Dashboard landing page. This dashboard will give you a 360-degree view of what is happening in your organization and will help you make smarter business decisions. Quickly view your registration numbers, revenue, outstanding balances, shopping cart information, team information, fan wear revenue, and email stats.
If you leave the dashboard and need to access it again, you can do this by going to the Common tab in the admin toolbar and selecting Dashboard in the dropdown menu.
The dashboard toolbar that includes a series of quick links to common tasks and admin resources. Starting at the top of the dashboard toolbar you will see your name, and the role you selected when logging into your portal for the first time. Should your role change, click the down arrow beside the role to update it.
Dashboard Info Date Range indicates the date range displayed on your dashboard. The default is 12 months; however, you can adjust the date range by clicking and dragging the dot on either end of the data line, forwards or backwards
My Account will take you to your user profile where you can view and update your account information, logout, or to be taken to the main page of your portal
Manage Users will allow you to search for, view and manage your member data
Registration Forms will allow you to create, view, and edit your online registration programs
Reports gives you access to our robust suite of reports including our standard reports, and data insights
Bulk Email is used to send email messages to your members
Support Site allows you to visit our Admin Help Center and find answers to your most frequently asked questions
Support Videos includes access to our full library of support videos and webinars
Training Webinars allows you to register for our professional instructor-led webinars
Sports Connect Blog lets you stay up to date on what’s new with Sports Connect and access a wide range of articles and guides for running your organization
